Q:  How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge shipping based on weight, size of package and location of the recipient.  Shipping will be automatically calculated at check out.

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

 

Yes we offer free shipping on orders over $79.  Your order total must be at least $79 before taxes before the free shipping option is available.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days of when the order is placed. During peak times, you may experience 5 days to fulfil the order.  We are closed during major national holidays to spend time with our families.

 

Q: What method of shipping do you use?

 

We use USPS 1st class, USPS Priority, and UPS.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

 

At this time we do not offer international shipping but hope to soon. 

 

Q: After shipment, how long can I expect to receive my product?

 

USPS does not guarantee shipping transit times, but you can review their guidelines from their website.

First Class Mail: 3-7 Business Days
Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days

According to UPS website, UPS ground shipping takes one to five days to deliver depending on the departing location and delivery destination.

 

Q: Can I track my package?

 

Yes!  We provide tracking numbers on all of our orders.
